CityScape Builders Builds Playhouse for Auction to benefit Sassafras All Children’s Playground.
CityScape Builders a Triangle Builders Guild Member has partnered with Huntley Design Build, Tom Gipson Homes and Designer Susan Tollefsen to build the “Pie-Rat Ship” Playhouse that will be auctioned off to benefit Sassafras All Children’s Park.
The Playhouse Parade Gala & Auction will be held Saturday, Oct. 22 at 7pm at Cameron Village. Bid on one of a kind playhouses.
Twelve custom built outdoor playhouses and garden sheds – perfect for kids of all ages. These “works of art” will be auctioned off to benefit the Sassafras, All Children’s Playground on Saturday, Come Join the Fun!

About the Sassafras All Children’s Playground
In 1991, a group of community volunteers came together to build the areas first all accessible playground for children with special needs. The park was designed so that children of all abilities could come together and play in the same space. Twenty years later the park is ready to be improved. It is with a tremendous amount of excitement and anticipation that the Frankie Lemmon Foundation joins the City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department and many community volunteers in “raising up” a new iteration of an old and beloved park.

CityScape Builders is a member of the Green Home Builder of the Triangle Program. The green building program was launched in 2006 with the primary purpose of promoting building techniques and materials that produce homes which consume less energy and other resources, facilitate better indoor air quality, and provide a more durable product requiring less maintenance.
